If you are looking to address multiple areas of life or more complex challenges, I offer a package of four sessions for the price of three. This is usually sufficient for most clients to achieve lasting results.

During a typical hypnotherapy session, we'll begin by discussing the specific issues you'd like to address. You'll then be guided into a relaxed state, where your mind becomes more open and receptive to positive suggestions. Using techniques such as visualization, focused attention, and suggestion, we can change patterns of thinking and behaving, and create changes in. your experience of life. Throughout the session, you'll remain fully aware and in control.
